COMMON QUERIES
I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR PREMIUM BUT THE APP STILL ASKS ME TO UPGRADE?
Tap on the "Get premium now" button on the trial ended screen, choose to "restore purchase", and wait for some time (ensuree proper internet connection). This shall restore your subscription, after that tap on the manage linked premium button (valid only for family packs) and toggle the members in your circle to extend family packs.
I HAVE PURCHASED A FAMILY PACK BUT MY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE GETTING ASKED TO UPGRADE?
Family packs can be extended to up to 6 people, but it doesn't work automatically.Â
If you open the app and go to the premium screen and tap on manage linked premium you'll see a list of people in your circles.Â
You need to set them to premium yourself to make them premium.Â
Please check if you have done this once, do it again and check if this fixes the issue otherwise share the email and details at testlab.dev.ic@gmail.com
I AM AN OLD SUBSCRIBER AND PAY EVERY MONTH BUT THE APP ASKS ME TO UPGRADE, WHAT TO DO?
Please contact support at testlab.dev.ic@gmail.com our systems have upgraded and they may cause some issues with old subscribers so immediately contact support they will fix the issue in no time.
I CAN'T SEE THE OPTION TO RESTOREÂ THE PURCHASE
Please make sure you have upgraded the app to version 3.3.6
I HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE BUT THE APP SAYS "NO PURCHASES FOUND" WHEN I TRY TO RESTORE THEM
Please make sure your device and google play is signed with the email you used to purchase premium and not any other. To change the account, open Google Play and then select your account from your profile, if nothing seems to work immediately contact support.
